Tiger Bounce House.

They opened up a bounce house in Columbia a couple of weeks ago.  On Friday we tried it for the first time.  It took Charlie quite awhile and a friend to convince her to go on the big slides, but once she tried it she was hooked.  She was exhausted and sweaty by the time we left (exactly what we were hoping for). 

 

 

 

Christmas.

We had a pretty quiet Christmas here this year.  We stayed at home and played with all of Charlie's new toys.  Paul put together the baby's room/guest room and I finished buying all of the last minute stuff that we need.  Christmas Day was warm enough for a visit to the park.  It seems like we should be doing all of the stuff we can before the baby comes, but it has been nice to relax and spend time at home.

Christmas #2.

Julie and Steve came to Columbia for the weekend to celebrate Christmas.  Charlie got lots of cool new toys (camera, picnic basket, suitcase) and we had fun making a gingerbread house and snow.  Steve taught Charlie how to fist bump, and she will now only do it with him.  We watched some bowl games, had good food, and Paul and Steve tried out some new beer.

Santa.

After 3 attempts, we got to see Santa at Bass Pro this weekend.  Charlie was excited to see him but very quiet when she sat on his lap. A definite improvement from last year.
